Repairs~
Voyager-Systems offers a full fault diagnosis and repair service at our Nextbase-authorised repair centre in South Wales. And as all of our technicians are Nextbase-trained, you can be sure your player is in experienced hands.
What to do if there's a problem
We undertake both warranty and non-warranty repairs, so if your player breaks down, the procedure for getting it repaired is simple:
- Check your receipt to find out whether it is within the 24 month warranty. Don't worry if it is not - we can provide non-warranty repairs - we will always quote you for the work prior to carrying it out
- Call our technical team on 02920 866 429, who will try to help you to solve the problem. Please quote the Nextbase product part number (shown on the reverse of the DVD player) to ensure we can give you the most appropriate help
- If we can't resolve your problem over the phone, we'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is unique to each item returned and needs to be quoted during subsequent communications about the item
- If your player is not under warranty, we will give you a quote for the work at this point
- You must then send your player to us

We advise that you send your player using a delivery service that requires a signature on arrival (such as Post Office Recorded Delivery). Voyager-Systems cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
Please mark the RMA number on the outside of the package, and enclose a covering letter to identify the exact nature of the problem and also your full contact details.
