Having problems with your system? Nextbase products have a reputation for reliability, but sometimes things do go wrong.
Answers to most common problems can be found in our Troubleshooting pages, but if you can't find an answer to your particular problem, our friendly staff will only be too pleased to help. If you are contacting us for support, please be sure to quote the Nextbase product part number (shown on the reverse of the DVD player) to ensure we can give you the most appropriate help.
If your player has broken down, we have a full repair facility which deals with both warranty and non-warranty work. Full details of the service we offer can be found on the Repairs page.
