All Nextbase DVD players come with a 24-month warranty from Apollo Electronics Group Ltd, Hong Kong. As the UK distributor, Voyager-Systems is authorized to repair or replace any Nextbase unit under this warranty at our technical department in Wales.

Peace of Mind Guarantee
At Voyager-Systems we are proud of our products and we want you to be proud to own them. All systems purchased directly from Voyager-Systems come with a 14-day money back guarantee (excluding P&P).
Please note that the refund is subject to the system being purchased directly from Voyager-Systems and its being returned complete and in full working order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In addition to our Guarantee, we also provide a full 24-month Warranty on all other products purchased from Voyager-Systems or our authorized distributors.
Replacements
Voyager-Systems offer a full replacement of faulty component parts or a complete system replacement upon receipt of the parts or system and confirmation of the fault. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipment back to Voyager-Systems.
Warranty Cards
Once you have bought a DVD player please complete and return your warranty card or fill out the online registration form. This ensures that your warranty is validated from the date of purchase.
