Buy with confidence - all orders placed on our secure order form are encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and can't be seen by anyone except us. Delivery
How soon will I receive my order?
Subject to availability, delivery is usually the next working day after your payment has cleared but in busy periods delivery can take up to 28 working days. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation message.
For UK credit cards delivery is usually the next working day. Orders paid for by cheque will be despatched as soon as possible after payment has been cleared to our account (usually within six working days of receipt of cheque.)
Payments by overseas credit cards and cheques take between 5 and 7 working days to clear following receipt.
How is my order sent?
For security all orders over 1Kg or £40.00 are despatched by courier and must be signed for on arrival. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm to your work or home address. Voyager-Systems will arrange a convenient delivery date with you. If you miss the delivery a card will be left and the courier will attempt to deliver the parcel the next working day.
What are the delivery charges?
All orders under 300g are dispatched first class post, the post and packaging charge for these items is £3.99.
For items over 300g, but less than 1Kg the charge is £5.99
For all items over 1Kg the delivery is by courier, which is £9.99
If multiple items are ordered, the post and package charge will be calculated on the total order weight.
Delivery is payable on all orders outside mainland Britain and will be charged according to the destination. Voyager-Systems will inform customers of the delivery cost and secure their agreement before their order is processed.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Please e-mail us or call us on 01276 850426 to let us know why the item is to be returned and when it will arrive. For security reasons please use a parcel service that requires a signature on arrival. Voyager-Systems cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post or for their non-delivery by a courier company. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipment back to Voyager-Systems.
Our aim is to refund your card within a week of receiving your order back. Refunds are subject to the goods being complete and in full working order. You will be sent a receipt and written confirmation of the refund.
