Please note that the refund is subject to the system being purchased directly from Voyager-Systems and its being returned complete and in full working order. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns and Refunds If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase you may return it within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. Please e-mail us or call us on 01276 850426 to let us know why the item is to be returned and when it will arrive. For security reasons please use a parcel service that requires a signature on arrival. Voyager-Systems cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post or for their non-delivery by a courier company. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipment back to Voyager-Systems. Our aim is to refund your card within a week of receiving your order back. Refunds are subject to the goods being complete and in full working order. You will be sent a receipt and written confirmation of the refund. Warranty In addition to our Guarantee, we also provide a full 12 months Warranty on all our products. Voyager-Systems offers a full replacement of faulty component parts or a complete system replacement upon receipt of the parts or system and confirmation of the fault. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipment back to Voyager-Systems. What's more, once you have bought a whole Voyager-System and we have received your completed warranty card or on-line registration you will be entitled to claim a 10% discount on any future purchase made directly from Voyager-Systems - whether an accessory or another system.
